Maison Baltique Apartment 3 - Maison Baltique Niendorf

This modernly furnished 2-room apartment in Niendorf is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2–4 people.

The living room/bedroom features a sleeper sofa, a 42-inch LED flat-screen TV with internet access, and a CD/stereo system.
The integrated kitchenette with a seating area features a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave with oven function, and a Ninja Air Fryer.

From here, you have access to the northeast-facing balcony with a side view of the sea.

The separate bedroom features a double bed. There is space for a travel cot.
The shower room is equipped with a hair dryer, and the hallway has a coat rack.

From May 1 through September 15, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach, where you can enjoy wonderful, sunny hours by the sea.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

A parking space in the duplex garage (two cars parked one above the other; dimensions: length 5.00 m x width 1.90 m x height 1.50 m) is reserved for you. We are unable to offer an alternative parking space.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
One dog is permitted here upon request.

The occupancy rates are based on 1–2 people; an additional €10 per day will be charged for each additional person.



Modern apartment building: Welcome to the popular Maison Baltique.
The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² for 3–4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy a few laps in the saltwater pool even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is just 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth the trip. Here you’ll find an almost untouched landscape in the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
