Holiday Home 'Sandstrand' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

The Sandstrand holiday home offers step-free access and is located in Timmendorfer Strand, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stay. With 100 m² of space, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200), 1 bunk bed for 3 adults, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 7 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, two smart TVs with streaming services, a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Two baby cots and two high chairs are also available. The house has a secluded outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue.



The Baltic Sea is just a few meters away, and a dog beach can be reached in about 5 minutes. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Up to 3 pets are allowed. Wir waren mit Hund da und er hatte freien Auslauf und Ruhe.

Pros: Das Haus ist gut mit allem ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin hatte uns mit frischen Eiern und Hundeleckerchen überrascht. Cons: Unser Auto ist voll mit Harz weil dort große Kiefern stehen.

Schönes Haus mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

Pros: Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, auch unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen, es standen schon Hundenäpfe und Leckerlis bereit. Wir haben als Willkommensgruß frische Eier vom eigenen Hof bekommen. Die Gastgeberin geht mit viel Empathie auf ihre Gäste ein, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Kaffeemaschine, die etwas zu lange gebraucht hat, wurde nach unserem Hinweis noch am selben Tag durch eine Neue ersetzt. Die Lage ist super, ca. 200 m zum Strand und 450 m zum Hundestrand, auch der kleine, gemütliche Hafen ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den nächsten Aufenthalt direkt gebucht. Cons: 🤔 - es gibt nichts

Haus liegt ruhig und doch zentral

Pros: Das Badezimmer wurde komplett neu renoviert und ist ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist für Hunde geeignet obwohl der Zaun nicht sehr hoch ist, man kann aber ein Teil vor dem Eingang abtrennen so ist der Hund von der Wohnung aus zu sehen und ist trotzdem eingezäunt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden auch waren sogar Kaffeefilter und Spülmaschinen Tabs und weitere Verbrauchsmaterialien da, man kann sich mit dem ersten Einkauf vor Ort zeitlassen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vor der Ankunft angerufen so konnten wir unsere genaue Ankunftszeit mitteilen um die Wohnungsübergabe ohne Wartezeit zu machen. Cons: Fällt mir nichts ein

Ferienhaus mit Hund und Kleinkinder super

Pros: Das Haus war nah zum Hundestrand und hat einen Wickeltisch und Babystuhl, sowie einen kleinen Kohlegrill. Allgemein hat das Haus großzügige Räume und einen Garten und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und wir wurden auch gefragt, was verbessert werden könnte. Cons: Ein Kindstuhl wäre noch toll.

Pros: Wir würden herzlichst Willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Auch unsere Fellnasen waren begeistert Cons: Selbst wenn wir eine Lupe ausgepackt hätten, hätten wir nichts zum beanstanden gefunden :)

Ein sehr schönes Haus ,top ausgestattet

Pros: Es war eine super Woche.Die Vermieterin war bei Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Sehr sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Lage, keine fünf Minuten zum Strand.Der Garten ist umzäunt, unsere zwei Hunde konnten in aller Ruhe den Garten erkunden.Das Bad war gerade neu renoviert, ist sehr gut geworden.Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen. Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Pros: Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, gemütlich und hinsichtlich der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Das Bad und die Toilette sind zwar noch alt aber ok, da steht aber eine Renovierung an. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit ohne Problem früh anzureisen. Wir hatten unseren großen Hund dabei, er wurde ebenso herzlich willkommen geheißen - also rundherum hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage in Timmendorf/Niendorf, selbst das Wetter war für November perfekt 😄 Cons:

Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben

Pros: Der persönliche Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Sie hatte sogar bei Ankunft Leckerlis für unsere Hunde und Schoki für die Kids bereitgestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und so liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Deswegen haben wir direkt wieder gebucht und freuen uns drauf!

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage.

Pros: Geräumig, modern und komplett ausgestattet, absolut hervorzuheben ist hier die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Lage bei nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Dazu sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der Summe rundum ein Wohlfühlaufenthalt und das auch im Namen unserer Hündin Maronika.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer absolut top Lage 3 min zum Strand.

Pros: Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer absolut traumhaften Lage – perfekt für einen Strandurlaub und erholsame Tage. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Die Haushaltsaustattung ist vorbildlich. Cons: Das Haus ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung der Bäder vertragen. Mit ein paar Modernisierungen wäre es ein echter Geheimtipp!

Perfekte Lage für einen Familienurlaub mit Hund

Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Schöner könnte die Lage nicht sein. Der Strand und ein Hundestrand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren überrascht über die Ausstattung des großen Ferienhauses. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Gesellschaftsspiele usw Auch draußen auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück fühlte sich besonders unser Hund wohl . Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
