We welcome you to this cosy 45-square-meter, two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, located on the ground floor (18 steps) and furnished to accommodate 2–3 people.

In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a full-length mirror.

The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa (160x190 cm) for 1 person, an armchair, a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player with an USB port, a hi-fi system with an USB port, a CD player, and a radio.

The built-in kitchenette in the living room features a dishwasher, oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a hand mixer, and a cosy dining area.

The balcony faces south, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

The bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, full-length topper), a radio alarm clock, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a revitalising shower (entry height approx. 18 cm), a hair dryer, and an illuminated makeup mirror.

For your convenience, this apartment also features a full-length mirror, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner.

Extras included:

A laundry package (1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 tea towel) per person is included in the service.
From May 1 through 30.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge at the “Bade am Strand” beach chair rental.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can park your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack (subject to availability).

A parking space is reserved for you behind the house.
You can use free Wi-Fi (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

From May until, presumably, the end of 2026, roof work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.



A central location near the spa gardens: Built in 1994, this brick building is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed by our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town centre are located approximately 350–400 m from Haus Parkblick. The exclusive shops, cafés, and restaurants are about a 5–8-minute walk away. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. The idyllic harbour in the neighbouring village of Niendorf is about 2 km away and invites you to watch the fishing boats come in and enjoy a delicious fish sandwich in a wonderful atmosphere! It’s also a great experience to visit the SeaLife Centre Timmendorfer Strand and discover and enjoy the diversity of marine life. We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
