Gorch-Fock-Park 57, Apartment 17: Beach Fun

  • This completely renovated and brightly furnished 2-room apartment is just 230 metres from Timmendorfer Strand.
    The apartment measures 47 square metres and, with its double bed and a sleeper sofa, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

    The apartment’s large southwest-facing terrace, furnished with a table, four comfortable chairs, and a beach umbrella, is the perfect spot to relax.

    The living room features the sleeper sofa, a table with two armchairs, and a large LCD flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player.

    The new open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Next to it is a pull-out dining table with chairs. The light above the dining table is dimmable.

    The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm), two nightstands, and a wardrobe. A safe is also available in the room.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.

    Newly installed bike racks are available at the building.

    A free parking space is reserved for you in the residential complex’s car park.
    Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. (No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages.)
    This is a non-smoking apartment.
    Pets are not allowed here.

    Beachfront park for the whole family: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 46 to 70 m², are comfortably furnished for up to 5 people. You can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terrace or balcony.

    A parking space is reserved for you at the building, and you’ll also find a bicycle parking area here.

    The beach is just 200 metres away. A bakery and the town centre are right nearby. Various exclusive shops, cosy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to browse and enjoy.

    Just 7 kilometres away is the Karls Adventure Village. There’s something for everyone here: a potato-sack slide, a creative workshop, a play area, as well as a coffee-pot exhibition, a “Piep” show, and a farmers’ market.

    At Gorch-Fock Park, you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.

Anlage sauber und geräumig. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Beim Check in alles super. Hat uns sogar gesagt wo wir morgens frische Brötchen bekommen. Hat uns gut gefallen.
