We welcome you to this cosy 45-square-meter, two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, located on the ground floor and furnished to accommodate 2–4 people.

The living room is furnished with a corner sleeper sofa (sleeps 2, 1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV with cable, and a BOSE DAB radio.

The open kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven.
Of course, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided.
The dining area is located in a bay window and offers plenty of space.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, one continuous mattress) and a wardrobe. A pleated blind and blackout curtains ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The terrace faces east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.

There is a bright shower room with natural light.

Wi-Fi is included here (no refunds or compensation in case of service disruptions).

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
There is space for your bicycles in a lockable bike storage shed.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.

Other shopping options and the town centre are just a 5–7-minute walk away. Here you’ll find shops to browse, cafés to relax in, and renowned restaurants for dining.

You can take a wonderful walk along the Brodten cliffs. Here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck. Geologists also offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
