The apartment features a total of two rooms: a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses) and a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm).

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The apartment’s entertainment system includes a TV, Blu-ray, DVD, and CD players, a radio, and a hi-fi system.

The furnished ground-floor terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.

The apartment’s location is ideal for both beachgoers and active holidaymakers: the fine-sand beach at Timmendorfer Strand is just about 800 metres away. The town centre, various shopping options, and the train station are all within a radius of one to two kilometres, ensuring convenient access to amenities and flexible mobility. From May 1,-15.09.2026, a free beach chair is available at “Bade 2.”

Timmendorfer Strand and the surrounding area offer numerous recreational options. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, and hiking.
