3 room apartment holiday year 2016 - 270m from the beach - rentable all year - WLAN
Our newly built holiday home was completed in late 2016 and is located in the most rustic part of Timmendorfer beach in the fishing village Niendorf.
The beach can be reached in a few minutes - there are plenty of beach chairs and white Baltic Sea beach available.
From there you can walk for miles on the beautiful promenade along the Baltic Sea or explore the Lübeck Bay by bike.
The beautiful Niendorf harbor with its fishing boats and fish stalls, as well as modern yachts and sailing boats can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the house there are two three-room apartments (ground floor / ground floor) for up to 4 people
The light-flooded apartment indicated here is located on the upper floor and can be reached by a bright staircase.
Facilities include a bright modern fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Caffisimo capsule machine, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, toaster and plenty of dishes, glasses and other kitchen utensils.
Adjacent is a modern dining table with 4 chairs.
The cozy couch area has a large flat screen a CD player, radio, DVD player and a small selection of books and games.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a spacious closet and a floor-to-ceiling window with blackout pleats.
In the children's room is a pull-out futon bed, a large wardrobe and there is also a floor-to-ceiling window with blackout pleats.
The bathroom has a large vanity, a shower, a hair dryer and a velux window.
The entire apartment is laid out with tiles and laminate and has underfloor heating in all rooms.
Upon arrival, a starter pack with toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tab and soap is ready.
The apartment has its own terrace with barbecue and a small garden area.
A car parking space is also part of the apartment.
Baby cot and high chair can also be used free of charge.
A washing machine is located in the house and can be used by arrangement.
Bed linen / towels can be booked for an additional fee.
The apartment in the EC is the same equipped and is also available for rent - would have to be requested separately.
The EC apartment has other free times!
It is also possible to rent the entire house.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen Die Vermieter waren jederzeit bereit zu helfen wenn es mal etwas gab.Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen !! Und die Lage ist perfekt.Wir würden sie gern wieder besuchen.Nur das Internet ist nicht so nett :-(
Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und alltagstauglich ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell, freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist etwas zurückgezogen – zum Hafen sind es etwa 600 Meter, also gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage zum Strand mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht.
Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr um unsere Bedürfnisse (extra Babybett, Babybettwäsche etc.) gekümmert. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für 3 Personen sehr schön und geräumig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Sehr nette Vermieter und einfache Kommunikation.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und die Betten gut. Die Zufahrt ist ein unbefestigter Weg mit vielen Löchern was auf die Dauer nervt. Der Parkplatz war zwar immer frei aber recht eng. Direkt neben der Wohnung verläuft eine Bundesstraße, was im Sommer bei offenen Fenstern lästig werden könnte. Die Lage zum Strand ist ok. Ein Bäcker und der Hafen von Niendorf sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für ein paar Tage Auszeit eine gute Adresse.

Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrene Straße. Etwas laut.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Eine gute Adresse, um diesen Kurztrip zu wiederholen.
Schöne, maritim eingerichtete, Ferienwohnung in Niendorf. In wenigen Minuten waren wir mit unseren Kindern zu Fuß am Strand. Die Wohnung ist hell und mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht (sogar einem Föhn mit Diffuser).
Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Zum Strand haben wir keine 5min mit dem Fahrrad gebraucht. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Räder dabei. Frau Völker ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.
Eine schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden,
sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Freundliche Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe prima. Eine Terrasse, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Wenige Gehminuten zur Ostsee. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende verbracht.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war super schön und sauber. Nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Tolle Lage, einfach alles hat gepasst. Gerne wieder 🙂
Sehr schöner Urlaub, in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung
Für unsere Ansprüche hatte die Ferienwohnung alles was wir benötigen für einen schönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Mit dem Lärm der angrenzenden Bundesstraße waren wir im Vorfeld informiert und bei geschlossenen Fenstern war kaum etwas zu hören
