"We booked through VRBO, which I wouldn't recommend for this property (love VRBO and this property, but just not a great match). They seem to use other platforms more often. I attempted to communicate with the property manager when I didn't receive info about the way to check-in, without response. "I had to wait to check in at least two hours. I finally got instructions for the keys at about 6.00 pm. Owner did not answer phone when I called to try and check in. The email from Expedia clearly stated that checkout was at noon. I was being asked by the cleaner to leave the property at 11.00 am. Very disappointing check in and check out process. "
