Overall, a very nice hotel. Housekeeping may have had a few things lacking: left a cleaning rag on a table, no top sheet after the first night, cleaned very late, shower head missing pieces... But, friendly staff and a very comfortable bed.

My room was upgraded due to my Gold tier, very clean and spacious, everybody is very accommodating, I need it to record a podcast and they offer me the meeting rooms. The spa services are amazing and the food is great.
