"The girl at the front desk was very helpful upon our arrival. Gave us plenty of useful info including a new great place to eat. Everything was perfect except for5 one thing. There is windows next to the front door that light comes in all night and first thing in the morning even though they have great black out drapes on patio windows. "

She gave me a very detailed and patient introduction to the hotel, the surrounding area, and all the things to do in Tekapo. She even explained where to shop and how to get around, which was extremely helpful for a first-time visitor. Her friendly and thoughtful service really made me feel welcomed. The hotel itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The common areas and kitchen are tidy, the rooms are spotless, and everything feels modern and well organized. The location is also perfect—close to the lake, shops, and walking paths. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended"

"Good sized apartment. The bedroom was fine, and living room was great .The kitchen area was well equipped and even had a proper oven so I could cook a pizza. Outside was good for parking as it came with its own garage . "
