Garner's Getaway is a beautifully designed modern home with amazing panoramic views of Cape Lookout, Netarts Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. This comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has so much to offer its guests. The open living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect place to gather with friends and family while enjoying the breathtaking views out of the numerous picture windows. You can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine on the cozy seat by the windows overlooking the bay and ocean, or stretch out on the plush sofas, with cable TV and DVD player, and opt for a relaxing movie night instead! Take advantage of all that Netarts and the Three Capes Loop has to offer! You can go hiking, kayaking, clamming, crabbing, fishing, biking, golf, and of course there's always just relaxing! It is only a 1.5 mile beautiful stroll to Oceanside where you can get a cup of coffee or enjoy a nice lunch. Garner's Getaway is just steps from the beach for all your sand castle building and kite flying needs.

** Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $65 pet fee to cover the additional cleaning required after your departure.
** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

Wonderful beach house

The house was well situated 1/2 block from ocean access and the neighborhood was quiet. Comfy beds and amazing views. Perfect beach trip!

Relaxing time!

Loved Our Stay

The house was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. This house has a great vantage point, and we had plenty of comfy chairs to look at the changing weather. Also, it was a very short walk to the beach.. We’ve stayed in a lot of places on the Oregon coast and this is one of our very favorites. We hope to come back.

It only takes a minute to walk to, then you can walk for miles. The condo had everything we needed. Be aware that the stairs are a challenge for carrying in your belongings... Good knees required.

Perfect, happy getaway!

Everything was great! Perfect spot to watch the waves, enjoy the sunsets and paddle the bay! Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfy. Only complaint is that the master bedroom/bath was super dark and a bit musty. Other two bedrooms had views of the bay and sun coming in. Clean place and rental company is top notch with clear communication (+kindness too)!

Happy Camp

Great location to the coast beaches. This house is on the the bay where it meets the ocean. Lots of fishing, calming and crabbing on the beach and by boat at all hours of the night. Always something to watch while sitting on the deck. A house is being build across the street which will impact the view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. The mattresses need to be changed out. Lots of steps without a bathroom on the upper level where the living space is. All of this did not make our stay less enjoyable. We had a great time.

This is a beautiful property is a really special area. There is a whole street of rental properties, so you can string together several for a larger gathering. The beach is sandy and walkable for about 2 miles. The way the house is laid out is perfect to take advantage of the ocean view. Be aware that the living area is on the third floor. If stairs are an issue for you, this might not be the place for you. The owner/manager was responsive to a couple of issues we had. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Great Escape - but low water pressure.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great View. Very low water pressure - had to take very short showers. Washing dirty pans was not a breeze. Doing the laundry was also not easy - the washer would get limited water and there was a projection in the dryer that would snag onto clothes. The view and the kitchen appliances were fine. It was just the water pressure - anything to do with the water was a chore.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this house. The 175 degree view ( floor to ceiling windows) of the bay and ocean is fantastic. I could just stare out of the windows all day. When one stays in the winter you never know what you are going to get with the weather. It's a daily surprise. The kitchen is complete with everything I need to cook nightly including a crock pot for making a winter soup. Lots of pots and pans options. The coffee pot is cheap and does not go off automatically like mine at home. So don't leave the house with the coffee pot on :) I love the granite counter tops. There are so many different cups, mugs glass to choose from. I love the wide selection of wine and champagne glasses. Thank you. The whimsical coffee cups are a joy in the morning. The beautiful dining room table seats a crowd; it also doubled nicely as my desk as I am in Tillamook County for work. There is no bathroom upstairs so one must descend to use the WC. You will get your steps in staying at Garners.I like having the bedrooms downstairs, so the rooms get dark at night. the master bed has seen better days and it might be time for a replacement. The bathrooms are basic with no room for my makeup or toiletries. I am here for work, so I appreciate a rental with hangers for my work clothes. All in all I was very comfortable. Sarah is the best hostess/ property manager ever!!!

It’s away from the bustle of city life, but with access to a few restaurants nearby. It was a very stormy weekend and we enjoyed watching the storms roll in and out. We had enough small breaks in the weather to get our dogs to the beach and we did a short hike at Cape Meares. We were happy to have a house that allowed our furry friends. We were able to cook meals and found everything we needed. In the evenings we had a fire and played some cards. The home was clean upon arrival, and we found it to be stocked and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Would I stay here again?...I would but I might bring a cozy blanket and try the bedroom without the attached bathroom to see if the other bed was more pleasant. Main one is squeaky. Oh, and bring really supportive cozy slippers- concrete floors is perfect for this setting but hard on the feet!

Chose this place for crabbing in the bay. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook/prepare the days catch for 8. Beds very comfortable and nice that bathrooms next to beds on same level. Walking up steps and turn into kitchen the view of ocean is breathtaking. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
