"There were lots of things I loved about this hotel. I loved the location, the style, the bedrooms, and the bars & restaurants. Plus, the staff were great, all apart from one waiter in the terrace bar who seemed to enjoy ignoring us, which spoiled the night out."

"As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I have found the room accessibility to be perfect for me. The design of the room is great. The kitchen even has pull-down wall units and is fully accessible. Nothing in the room's design was a compromise. The bathroom was large enough that it wouldn't flood after a shower."

"Excellently value for money. Quadruple room for family 4 adults more than spacious. Free ferry a bonus. Canary Wharf on other side loads to do or onwards underground. Games room, bar and outdoor drinking area. Breakfast so/so but only £13 each. Tescos just outside and a great coffee shop at The Barn city farm 5 mins walk away"
