9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,009 reviews)
This is a nice hotel with a HUGE problem: The underground right under it and the rooms shake from 6:00am to midnight every 30 second of so. I am not sure how higher floors are, but the main floor, room 007, was awful. And, i had asked for a quiet room. It is a shame since the room and the hotel are nice. However, i find it a travesty that the property does not mention this and still uses these rooms in the lobby. Very disappointing, will never stay there.

The side of my bath was hanging off, the plug was broken, and the mattress was the hardest I've ever slept on. The heating didn't adjust so the room was boiling. However the staff were ..."
