- Our quaint oceanfront home in Las Gaviotas offers our guests the comfort of a home-away-from home. Located on the shore of Las Gaviotas, you can walk down to the private beach! Enjoy the infinity edge spa or a great meal on the patio at sunset. Community amenities include tennis court, pool & spa, shuffleboard and 24-hour security. The surf is great here too and it's just a short drive to Puerto Nuevo for dinner!
