Nice 2 Bedroom home with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Has bathtub 🛀 and laundry access(per request does have a fee). As well has the benefit of jacuzzi used upon request if desired it does have and additional fee.
Located at 5 min drive from the beach where you can walk surf or sunbathe its 3 min away from grocery store/convenience as well Public transportation
With stove Refrigerador, Coffee maker, Iron Blender and cooking essentials, pot and pants.

Overall our family liked the place. There are people working still onsite(Nice people) They'll give you the keys. Dnt use the address provided on expedia. Call the contact. The beds squeak and are little unstable. The shower head is loose . Be careful lighting the gas Stove. Also 2 windows dont have locks. Seemed like the place is work in progress and will improve over time.Besides that we had no problems and the neighborhood felt safe. Cool little park in front and would stay here again.

Private, Relaxing and Comfortable

Jesus, the property manager lives right next door and was there to greet me. Jesus was was always there when I needed him and even helped me to return my rental car and get to the airport when I departed. This property has many amenities including a private 3 person jacuzzi in addition to a normal shower and bathtub. I had a hard time trying to drive in Tijuana proper, but this property is in the Playas and it was very easy to use Google Maps to get around and see everything in the Playas. I suggest spending at least one day visiting the area around Tijuana Beach Prominade shopping, sampling all the wonderful food and drinks and enjoying the live entertainment. This property is in a very safe neighborhood with an convenience store very close. Just a little further down the street is La Casa Mole, a family owned restaurant that has the best Chicken Mole I have ever tasted as well as many breakfast choices. I am so glad I fould this place located in the Playas!

It was okay. Loud dogs barking and trying to get out the entire time you go to your car. Tv’s didn’t work. Listing states there’s a pull out couch and I’m pretty sure it’s not as we tried to pull it out. So we had to squeeze in a bed the two nights we stayed. You have to pay for the hot tub every time you use it and also pay to use the washer and dryer. The place isn’t where google maps takes you. It was decent.
