"Kitchen - the refrigerator is an office size fridge. Can’t fit much. Bringing your cooler. Room - the room with no view had a ceiling fan which didn’t work because the remote didn’t have batteries and the room got really hot and stuffy at night. Location - location was excellent, except that we had to pay an additional $15 for parking. The parking is extremely small and they park as many cars as possible. The entire staff at the hotel always make me feel welcomed and make my stay very comfortable to where I don't want to go home. Always a pleasure to stay there due to the staff."

"The wait time to check in is long. Only one employee at peak check in time. Other workers around but only one works the computer. The pictures advertised online as the room are not the rooms. There are only a handful of those rooms pictured available and you must book directly through the hotel to receive. The ACs went out in the middle of the night. No fix. No options. Only 1 elevator. Takes forever."
