"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and while the hotel was clean and felt updated the apartment was “well loved,” with a heater in one of the bedrooms that would not turn off and the TV would not connect to wifi or stream and only had 5 channels. There was a used Pantene proV packet and qtip on the bathroom counter when we arrived as well. I always feel guilty writing negative reviews when the staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they all were! The dinner and breakfast available were really...

"The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened. "

"An exceptional resort! The hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. They know your name when they speak to you with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The wines are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Chateau Roslane. But most of all, it's the staff. They wowed me. I was treated so graciously that I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be going back to this five star resort!"
