"Stayed in the kilbride part of the hotel. Lovely room. Big doulde bed plus in the other area a sofa bed big enough for 2 people. Lovely bathroom with both bath and shower. Dinner was great as was breakfast. Plenty of choice. Will deffo return."

"hotel was great but booking through hotel.com was problematic and ended up paying twice and hotel had trouble figuring how to process a refund of one payment through hotels.com. supposedly done but may take two weeks to get it through."

"We stayed for 2 nights in deluxe doubles overlooking the loch. Large bedroom, separate sitting area and large bathroom, with great views out of all the windows. All of the staff were super friendly and made our stay even better. Great hot breakfast cooked to order along with the usual buffet items. Dinner was also very good, albeit with quite a small menu. The dining room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Loch Fyne - what a great place to eat! Definitely recommend staying here in an unspoilt part of western Scotland."

"Allowed to check in early. Comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent staff very friendly. Sizeable room One gripe place is s maze of corridors it could do with additional signage directing you towards reception. On the 4 times I left my room I got lost twice"

"A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend "

"A lovely, family-run hotel. We had a beaitiful room thst was v cpsy, and like home-from-home. The service was excellent- meals arrived promptly and were delicious.Our only minor disappointment was that there wasnt a lounge for guests so after pur meal we were sitting chatting on wooden chairs. However, overall, an excellent place to stay! "
