"Our stay at Palais Amador in Marrakech was truly exceptional. The service is outstanding; Zac and Amira are the absolute best—always thoughtful, available, and incredibly proactive. The property itself is gorgeous, radiating Moroccan culture and charm through local art, mosaics, and cleanliness. It feels luxurious, peaceful, and is a destination in itself. Our one critical callout: If you plan frequent Marrakesh exploration, factor in the distance. This sanctuary is prohibitive for daily sightseeing. Expect about 2 hours round-trip travel, costing 300 to 900 MAD via the hotel's affiliated transport company. They are professional and reliable, but with no local options, these costs and times add up quickly for non-stop tourists. Palais Amador is ideal for a relaxing getaway where the experience on-site is paramount."

Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. "I came with my husband for honey moon, the staff were amazing they made up the room for us with flowers and nice decoration for our arrival, Sana was really nice and helpful, and all staff without exception. The hotel was so clean the food amazing and it’s like home made. It’s more advisable for romantic stay, very quiet and nice scenery from the balcony especially at night. Also I would advise people to have their own car to be able to commute to Marakesh or go to nearby places as it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere. Very much recommended, you won’t be disappointed ."
