Overall I do not anything bad or good to say. It was fine for our needs. There are no frills. I would say it should be priced under $85 a night.

I booked this honestly because it was the best of bad options, the staff spoke very broken english from the start so there was a language barrier. When i booked the room we unloaded i belingings into the room we didnt even stay to check it out because we had an event to go to. Then we came back to get my children aime night wear because my mother wanted to spend time with them before we left the next day. Then me and my wife came got a shower which was all that clean hairs all in the bathroom. The washing material had a brown tint to them. Then while i was i the ahower my wife was getting ready to lay down and found hairs in the bed. She threw away 2 hairs, but immediately found more in each bed under the pillows and throughout the bed. I got out the shower and she sent me pictures so i could inform management. That proved to be not as affective as i like to hope, because they refused to take responsibility, the room wasnt properly dusted, it had spider webs and dust around the lamps and ceiling. I asked the could we get a different room and they so no they didn't have any which i sure was a lie. Then offered to give me a blanket to remedy the situation, but proceeded to give me one thick brown blanket with no sheets to at remake the bed with fresh linen. We notify Expedia of our experience and the situation was still not resolved as management of the hotel lied their involvement in this. Soon after we decided to check out in the middle of the night, cause of the disrespect.

Not happy

Room was non smoking but stunk of cigarettes smell. Nothing was made for breakfast except cereal with no milk and the water in the breakfast area was in a clear container and you could clearly see mold in the bottom of it

ot a good choice

the one good thing about the motel was it was clean the staff was not very helpful the motel didny seem to be in the best section of town the heater didnt work right there were holes in the bathroom door i dont consider myself picky but i would not stay there again in the future the breakfast was a joke it didnt have anything but ceral and coffee

No one would check us in. The hotel that we thought was a Best Western turned out to be a private Western dive in the middle of nowhere. While trying to check in we checked out the reviews. Bedbugs, roach nest and customers warning to sleep in your car. We called Expedia to let them know we could not check in and we’re scared of the hotel and the reviews. It was three am and Expedia tried to contact the hotel for over and hour and a half. Then told us that they would have to talk with the hotel before they could give us a refund. Seems like we should check with our attorney to see if sending families into the woods with no phone service to a bug infested unsafe facilities to be left stranded in the wilderness with assumption they were going to a named brand hotel, should constitute a refund or better yet, reimbursement or compensation for the three hour excursion. We trusted Expedia to help us. Like the commercials. Instead they took our money, sent us nowhere and now won’t give us our money back. Sound like we’ll be dealing with our credit card company and never booking with Expedia again.

Hotel was good but what they consider a continental breakfast I consider a joke. Coffee cereal and a very few sweet rolls or mini muffins usually 6or seven total. A little fruit or yogurt would go a long way

Truly and honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the rude staff, bodily fluids on the sheets, roaches crawling on the furniture, and no apology after complaining, I would have been more comfortable in my car. Stay away.
