Peaceful Duck Pond close to I75

  • This gem is only a mile off I75, close to stores and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood with a pond in the back yard where you can feed the ducks, watch the squirrels and birds and fish off the dock.

    It's a whole-house rental with a private enclosed back yard with a fire pit, screened in dock and a swing seating dock. The pool and hot tub and Blackstone grill is on a screened-in back porch.

    The 3 bedrooms have a K, Q and Full beds and TV in each room. Sleeping 6 total . 2 full bathrooms with walk in shower and shower-tub.

    The office supply a separate work space, fitness area with yoga mat and weights and a pet station with a ped bed and water bowl.

    The kitchen has a coffee nook, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you might need for your stay.

    The living and dining area is one large, open room with comfortable electric reclining seating and a large screen tv.

    Secured parking available in a enclosed, attached garage.
