"The air worked but that was about it no lights in the jacuzi tub,had to plug all the lights into the bottom sockets or they didn't work there was an opd wrapper on the floor the light switches only some of them work "

"No tv guide menu which is odd. Also the workout room is the smallest I’ve seen. Otherwise the rooms are clean and hotel is nice. "

"AC didn’t work. Called front desk and they said they would be right up to fix. Instead I researched it and fixed it myself. Called the front desk and they stated they got too busy to help. While fixing the AC found cat/dog food around the AC and desk. Paper was peeling on bathroom wall, and rust in the bathroom. For $175 I would expect more."

"Location of hotel was okay but it is directly off the highway and the highway noise at night was pretty noisy. Our room was dirty, there was dog hair everywhere and hairs in the bathroom on the floor, in the shower, on the sink. The counter for the desk had crusted on food on it and was sticky. The breakfast was pretty bad, hot food options were cold and not much available as far as choices. Also the juice machine was “broken” but they just didn’t have any juice cartridge in it. They didn’t put a sign on the machine saying out of order so person after person kept trying to get juice and in turn would just get water from the machine. The ice machine is on the first floor and they have buckets you grab to fill with ice. Every bucket appeared to be dirty. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. It was a good price but not worth it with how dirty it overall is."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I have stayed here several times and there is NEVER enough parking! Sometimes you can find a spot in the far back BUT you have to walk a long way to get to the front doors. There isn’t nearly enough handicapped parking. I have never once in probably 10-15 stays been able to park in a handicapped parking spot. "

"My daughter and I stayed here just over a year ago for a tournament and were so impressed by its cleanliness and updates. We chose to stay here again because of how our first visit went. This time our bathroom specifically looked worn and there was trash/crumbs/beads in the corners. It is a great location and it has a good breakfast selection! Beds are also comfy and clean!"

"Very nice room. Very comfortable bed and amenities. There is no vent in the bathroom. The water refill machine on our floor didn’t work properly and splashed everywhere. In the lobby, they had infused water and that was nice. They also had free popcorn from 3-5pm."

"The property was absolutely beautiful the rooms were very nice and up to date and spotless. I like the fact they trun the room everyday regardless and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and alot of food to choose from it was in walking distance of everything you can think of. Definitely recommend staying here."
