My experience at the Fontainebleau was mixed. The hotel itself is truly beautiful, and the food was excellent — definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my overall impression. I had to call several times to have the bathroom amenities replaced, and although housekeeping came, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. That was disappointing. Also, at the pool area, the service was lacking. On several occasions, the staff either didn’t attend to us or did so with poor attitude. Aside from those points, everything else was fine and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite pleasant.

This property was better when it was still the Hard Rock. The restaurants are unimpressive, and the casino is kind of dull. But I had a nice corner room with a great view and that part I liked.

Hotel Review: A Frustrating Billing Experience Despite an Apology I recently booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and, unfortunately, encountered a frustrating and time-consuming billing issue. Despite clearly booking through Expedia, the hotel still charged my credit card directly for both rooms. When I brought the issue to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized—yet the charges remained. It ultimately took nearly a month to get the payments sorted out, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If you plan to stay here and book through a third-party site like Expedia, I highly recommend you double-check with the front desk to ensure they do not also charge your credit card. While the staff was polite in their communication, apologies only go so far when you're still left chasing down a refund. The stay itself may have been fine, but the billing experience left a lasting negative impression.
