"Our room had dirt and dust in the corners and especially behind the bed. The bathroom had black mold on the tiles in the shower. The vent in the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. "

The food was pretty good at Bar Bibi, and the drinks were delicious. Ordered a burger using room service and it was very, very salty and overcooked for the exorbitant price. Lots of great restaurants a stone’s throw away. Disappointed the pool wasn’t open in the morning for a quieter swim. "

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's showing its age; don't expect anything fancy. One of the elevators was clearly not working correctly and caused a lot of anxiety among guests. Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the people at the front desk were not unpleasant, but they rarely acknowledged me when I walked through the lobby. In fact, many times they seemed to actively avoid eye contact. "

"This was an excellent hotel for a stay within walking distance of the River area and the Historic District. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the bartenders in the lounge. We appreciated our large room with a full-sized coffee pot, a refrigerator, and even a dishwasher for the supplied dishes. I have zero complaints and highly recommend Staybridge Suites!"
