For groups consisting of guests between the ages of 18 and 26, a refundable security deposit of 150 € per person is required.



During local holidays and holiday periods, the refundable security deposit is 300 € per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card prior to arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided there has been no damage and the house rules have been followed.
