Villa Mar has 4 bedrooms with Private Pool and 200m from beach and promenade .

  • VIlla Mar is a 4 bedroomed registered vacational rental property (VV) consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms located on the ground floor. There are two recently updated bathrooms with walk on showers both situated on the ground floor. On the first floor the villa has a spacious lounge with 2 seating areas, and an American style kitchen. The lounge has panoramic views over the surrounding area. The villa is equipped with satellite TV , full oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine dish washer and safe for valuables. The Pool 6m x 4 m is solar heated year round with added electric 1st November to 30 April .. The villa also has wifi . The house is located less that 10 min walk to the beach of Playa Pocillos and the promenade.
