    This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
    temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
    heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
    till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
    of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
    arrival.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
    arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

Would recommend any guests to have car or bicycles. A car is an absolute necessity. with pleasant memories of Lanzarote, I also wish to mention the delicious food that we have fully enjoyed. Well done agency. Lots of lovely restaurants & fantastic just to chill over a beer or 2 looking out onto the yachts! Playa Blanca hits all the spots.

Spacious villa with great sea and mountain views

When we arrived the villa had not been cleaned and bedding and towels were not new. Both lights in the kitchen did not work and we had to use a side lamp. A cooking smell filled the villa but after an email to Agni travel we had an electrician on the door and a cleaning team. BBQ was still dirty with coals so we did not use it. Agni travel sorted everything straight away. The holiday was great and the villa space and garden and pool were great.
