  • Villa Charlana is a beautiful detached villa with a private swimming pool, located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del carmen in Lanzarote. Conveniently situated close to the golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to many excellent Canarian and international style restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

    The house has a spacious open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen and quality furniture. The twin bedroom and family sized marble bathroom occupy the ground floor along with the kitchen and ample lounge/dining room. The master suite with a solid wooden flooring and en-suite bathroom are situated on the first floor with fabulous sea views from the two terraces.

    The private heated pool is surrounded by sunbathing areas, a BBQ and private walled gardens. A covered pergola over the al fresco dining area, provides shade for the hotter days of summer. There is also a gated driveway with electric gates for those who wish to hire a car.

    A large Lidl supermarket as well as the largest shopping centre of Puerto del Carmen are both less than a 5 minute walk away. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen, with its golden sandy beaches is barely a 10 minute walk away.
