Villa Alegranza is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi

Layout

The villa is set on 2 floors, with a private patio and pool at the
front. At pool level there is a spacious lounge, modern kitchen, an air
conditioned twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the first floor
there are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both air
conditioned, as well as an extra family bathroom. A spacious terrace
offers views to the sea.

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

Pool Heating
This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it
is required please contact us for further assistance.
Additional Information

The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till
30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of
€25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
