Situated in Puerto del Carmen, the holiday apartment "Marina 14" is just a short walk from the beach.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair and baby cot can be provided upon request.
The holiday apartment also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening.
There is also a shared outdoor area with two pools, one of them a children's pool.
The apartment is 2.8 km from Rancho Texas, 3.6 km from Lanzarote Golf and only 500 meters from the Beach La Peñita of Puerto del Carmen.
Free parking is available on the street.
