Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area, located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house.
You will have access to all the rooms shown in the photos. The apartment is filled with natural light, offers good ventilation, and maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
Ideally situated less than a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande and the promenade, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and the best shops in Puerto del Carmen.
Perfect for a holiday stay or a longer rental and remote work, as it’s in a peaceful area and features high-speed Wi-Fi. Recently renovated. The first room is a studio space with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). There’s a bathroom with double washbasin, a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker) with breakfast bar. Enjoy a patio with laundry area and a large terrace with sun deck and barbecue, plus two dining spaces: one shaded and one sunny.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—from a full kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. It’s in a quiet area, but still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Cons: Im Badezimmer roch es manchmal sehr muffig, hat wohl mit den Abflüssen zu tun.
