We loved our stay at David & June’s villa which is in a small quiet complex. Perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants.It’s a real home from home which is equipped with everything you might need and the air fryer was a real bonus! Very comfortable furnishings and lovely comfy bed. The patio area is a great sun trap and lots of privacy. Communication with David was excellent with queries responded to very quickly. Will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Excellent communication from David the owner. Was very flexible on our arrival and leaving times. Spacious villa, had everything we needed, great WiFi. Good pool on site, not heated but it was 28/29 C early November so needed a cooling dip. Well equipped kitchen, loads of plates cups glasses and cutlery. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas Escape

Excellent location, few streets behind Spoons end of the strip. Very quiet complex. Nice big private terrace which gets the sun most of the day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Another fantastic stay!

Another wonderful stay at this villa, ideal location, ten minutes to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring all of Puerto del Carmen. Turn left for a long walk to the airport runway or right to walk to the old town and harbour. Thanks again to David & June! Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic villa, quiet and spacious

This is an absolutely fantastic villa, in a quiet area and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, has all amenities you would need. Only a 2 minute stroll from the nearest and well stocked Spar and from the sea front. Thank you June and David for an amazing villa and for the great communication. We'll be back!

From start of our holiday to end this villa was excellent. Place was spotless inside and out swimming pool was like our own personal pool as we were the only ones to use it when there pool man was there 3 times that we saw in the week cleaning. Decor was very appealing, David was very quick to reply to my queries and lovely to met him aswell. Will definitely love to come back.

Amazing villa

This villa is amazing. It has everything you need. Washing machine is a major plus for us. It was spotless inside & out. When we arrived we could leave our bags till the cleaner was finished as our flight was early in the morning. David & June are fabulous hosts. The Villa is on a complex of 11 & there are sun beds on the terrace & also by the pool. We like to sunbathe by the apartment. The complex is on the flat side of Puerto del carmen which suits us as my husband is an amputee & not fond of the hills. We will defiantly be back very soon. Thank you David & June for an amazing villa.

A Great location and property

We are regular visitors to Puerto del Carmen and have tried various accommodation over the years and I can honestly say this property is one of the best we've used. 10 minute walk from the very start of the strip (Spoons end) the walk up to the location from the front nowhere near as steep as it can be if you are staying more centrally. The property itself was an ideal size with a double bedroom and another with 2 singles (noticed a fold up bed and a cot stored n the wardrobe if you need extra beds). plenty of wardrobe space, 2 good sized bathrooms 1 with bath and shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. Utility room with washer, iron and ironing board, another door out to a secure area to hang washing. A great little home from home. Plenty of room on the patio area for sun loungers and a very short walk to the communal pool, a lot of the people on the complex seem to live there so the pool area is very quiet with only the property next door and ourselves actually using the pool the entire time we were there, the pool is a quiet relaxing area (great for adults not ideal if you have kids who want to play in the pool but its not that kind of setting anyway). The property was very clean and the one tiny issue we had with a door lock was resolved immediately (1 email and a local fella attended and sorted within no time at all). Overall I would recommend this property to someone who wants a nice relaxing base to explore the resort, will book here again

Lovely clean property that is perfectly located for access to the promenade (with no hills!) and all the shops and restaurants.Tucked away in a corner, it’s next to a very well looked after pool that was not busy at all.No worries about getting up early for a sun bed here, there are 4 for your own personal use, thoughtfully supplied with padded cushions.Really enjoyed our stay here and David is an absolute gent.
