Great week in a lovely villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fabio. The villa is spacious and spotless with everything you need for your stay and more.The pool was fantastic and clean and there is plenty of outdoor space. Previous reviews have mentioned the traffic noise and although we noticed it initially you do soon “zone out” so not a problem. Los Mojones is our favourite place in PDC due to being quiet and within reach of the harbour and the main strip.Natasha was a great host - very responsive pre trip and a pleasure to meet while we were there.

Real Gem

Second stay at Casa Fabio. It is a lovely property with a sunny patio and pool area. Really well equipped throughout and the hosts are really responsive. Can't wait to book again.

Very good very large well maintained villa. Super service from Natasha and Darren with great help from Natasha’s dad Ron. Great idea to provide a deluxe shopping trolley for trips to supermarket.

Great stay - again!

We have stayed in this villa a number of times and always had a great holiday. The owner communication is fantastic and the villa has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was solar heated and a good temperature all holiday (but you can pay for it to be heated should you wish too). The villa is spacious, has a huge TV in the lounge with all the channels you could wish for if you don't want to venture out in the evenings. It's a short walk down hill into the old town and a 4 euro taxi ride back if you don't fancy walking up the hill or a pitstop at Kentia bar and restaurant half way up. A perfect place to stay when visiting Lanzarote.

Lovely and private

Villa was lovely and clean , all amenities were great ! Shower in master bedroom with the full length windows open was great . Sofa in Lounge was very comfy and tv was very big 👍garden area was very private and south facing with good shaded seating area , pool was good size but could do with a slight refresh around the edge paving. But this did not detract from the overall great stay ,thanks xxbrilliant with cover

Second stay at Casa Fabio

Beautiful villa with pool and spacious outdoor area. All mod cons and great space, and very clean. Nice touch by the host on our return when we arrived and is really helpful if you need her throughout your stay. Slightly set back from the old town but just a 10 to 15 minute walk but great steak house 30 seconds away. Our second stay in 9 months and would recommend.

Great Holiday Villa

From start to finish we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the villa. It was immaculately clean and provided us with a great comfortable base to visit other areas of Lanzarote. We spent 4 days of our visit staying around the pool enjoying eating and drinking whilst soaking up the sun at times at 28 degrees. We hired a car as a convenient travel option but the beach and old town was only a 15 minute stroll down the road albeit slightly longer coming back up😎 Our host Natasha was more than helpful to be of assistance to us and was nice to know good close contact was at hand if needed. Totally recommend this villa.

Amazing!

A truly lovely property, and incredibly great service provided by the owner Natasha! Could not fault a thing, and will look to rebook here again in the future. From initial booking to departure we were cared for and nothing was to much trouble. The property was in immaculate condition and the cleanliness was above anything I have seen before. Thank you Natasha (and Darren) for a truly great service.

Lovely Villa and a lovely holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa is really lovely. Well equipped with everything we needed on our stay. It is very spacious and clean. Excellent TV too with an unlimited range of programs. This is probably our favourite villa we have stayed in but the location was a bit too far out for us - Not the villa’s fault just our preference! My father-in-law is in his 70’s and found the walk down to harbour and strip a bit taxing. We were glad to have a car to help us get around. It was worthwhile paying extra to have the pool heated which allowed us to use it every day. The pool area is one of the parts which could do with a little work. The pool edges are crumbling which means black grit is in the pool and when it was only cleaned once in our week it does retract from it a bit. The cushions for the sun beds are also not very appealing and could do with a bit updating in our opinion. Small changes would make a big difference. Would recommend this villa to anyone who doesn’t mind driving or walking to strip etc.

Lovely single storey villa with pool on the outskirts of town so very quiet. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance and the owners have kindly provided a shopping trolley. We loved it so much we have already booked our return.

We would both look to stay here again when we return - private pool area not overlooked, spacius and clean vill with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the old town, but lovely restaraunt Toro 2 mins walk away if you want to stay local really helpful owner, great contact and pleaseure to deal with. Perfect if you want to be just out of the main PDC area but not too far away, will definitly return

A really well equipped villa - a 15 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to a supermarket. Some road noise but it did not bother us when listening to our favourite play list or podcast.

Natasha the host was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is immaculate clean, the lounge was beautiful, with a fab TV set up all the channels you could want. It had everything you could want and loads of hot water. It is a little out of town. The pool was lovely. We would visit again.
