Casa Alma is located in the central village of Tías, decorated with great taste, elegance and full of amenities. It has its own parking. On the ground floor there is a spacious double lounge with air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, with glass doors providing access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen-dining room. Access to two of the bedrooms with double beds, bathrooms with shower and laundry room. On the upper floor there is a small hallway, from which to watch series, films, etc. Large master bedroom, dressing room wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub. It has an upper terrace with lovely sea views. The exterior features a heated pool, depending on the season, equipped with sun loungers, double outdoor dining area, as well as a barbecue area. This property is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to relax and stay in a strategic location on the island.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local festival periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
