Apartment on the first floor with sea views, located in the liveliest leisure area of Puerto del Carmen. Here you can enjoy Carnivals, St Patrick's Day and local Carmen festivals, as well as having the beach, the main avenue and all services just a few steps away: buses, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Ideal for getting around without the need for a car. Perfect for couples, solo travellers or small groups of friends.



The apartment is furnished with Canarian charm and fully equipped:



Kitchen: fridge, 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nescafé coffee machine.



Full bathroom with shower tray, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided.



Bedroom: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, and a spacious built-in wardrobe.



Living room: spacious sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ideal for teleworking.

Access to the Fariones Sports Centre:

Just 10 minutes on foot, you will find this great complex with gardens and sports facilities: heated swimming pool for adults and children (26 °C all year round), gym, tennis and padel courts, outdoor crossfit area and guided classes. All registered occupants receive a numbered card with free unlimited access to all facilities (except the tennis court, which is booked and paid for at the centre).

Centre hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 22:00, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 to 15:00.

Nous sommes arrivés pendant la semaine de fête (semaine du 15 Aout) avec des concerts juste sous notre fenêtre qui finissaient à 4h du matin pendant 5 nuits. A part cela nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l'accès au centre sportif et la climatisation ce qui permet de mettre une note de 4/5. L'appartement est mieux aussi pour deux.Difficile de se garer en Aout.
