The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our family stay (x2 adults and x2 teenagers).
Room and building is slightly older, however very clean and has all the necessary amenities. We really liked the extra laundry room which had the washer/dryer and also allowed us to store all our suitcases out if sight, making the rooms more spacious.
In terms of location, can't be beaten with multiple MRT entrie/exits including at the front of the building. The building includes a mix of multiple hotel/apartment providers and businesses.
Shop, eateries, virtually everything is within a stones throw away.

Location was close to MRT and central location to ride to Daqing to transfer to TRA. Room was comfortable and quiet. Able to hang out all day in Taichung and rest well. We forgot our charger and power bank and staff had it packaged up for us when we returned for it.
