Cosy rustic chalet "Edelweisshütte", 1'850 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Thurn/Lienz 12 km from the centre of Lienz, in a quiet, sunny position, in the woods. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. 9 km long motor access to 300 m from the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Thurn Rottmann" 8.7 km. Skisport facilities 800 m, cross country ski track 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schigebiet Zettersfeld. Hiking paths: ab Haus. ,The property can only be reached via the toll road through the Thurn district. Access is up to 300m. In summer, access to the hut is possible.
"Edelweisshütte", 5-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Large patio. Barbecue. View of the countryside. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher.
