Beautiful hotel, big room, amazing breakfast with so many choices and service was exceptional. All staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Will stay again for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet. The selection was great, but the smoked salmon Eggs Benedict truly stole the show for me—it was the best I have ever had! It was absolutely delicious and made breakfast one of my favorite parts of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness, and amazing food. We would definitely recommend HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE and would love to stay here again!
