"We choose this location as the perfect place to experience the eclipse totality with our whole family. The younger kids enjoyed playing out side. The older kids enjoyed the game room. Best of all there was space enough to accommodate all of us. We were even able to open up the dining table to seat all of us for dinner. Very clean, easy to clean up, wonderful to have many things provided so we didn’t have to bring our own along. Thank you!!"

"This place was perfect for us! My fiancé and my 13-year-old twins could not have been happier. 3 Smart TVs (we brought firestick) great Wi-Fi so kids were happy! Place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and close to town if you need to pick anything up. I even managed to catch some fish right in our backyard. They had kayaks and a canoe (we did not use) but were easily accessible. Great stay, easy in and easy out. We would stay there again!!! Thanks."

"The Bird’s Nest is an amazing property. The location is great with amazing views from every level of the home. The house is fully stocked. The hosts thought of everything. They are extremely responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one is definitely top notch. We plan to book again in the future."

"We throughly enjoyed our visit, the house was everything we hoped it would be and Toni & Joe were great hosts that made sure we had what we needed. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed, best of all, no doubt, was the view of Little Sodus Bay. There are many things to see and do in the area, we enjoyed the Sterling Renaissance Festival, Colloca Winery (which we boated to), Chimney Bluffs State Park and Sterling Nature Center both offered amazing hiking trails along the shore...

"The house was on a mostly quiet street and just blocks from shopping and restaurants. We walked to dining, the waterfront, and the fort. Driveway to park in. It is a remodeled older home. "Our family enjoyed our stay on Port Bay! Very well stocked and clean cottage with everything you could need for your stay. Awesome fishing off of the nice, long dock. Life jackets were even provided for use of pedal boat, kayak and canoe. We even did some swimming! Great view of Port Bay and friendly neighbors."

The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. "During our stay here, my family and I enjoyed such a beautiful home with a waterview of the lake. The owners we're super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. There was so much space for a big family. Although we stayed there during the winter, we we're still able to enjoy indoor family game time. This was definitely a home to get away from the city life and to reconnect with family. My family and I will definitely try to stay in this home soon again in the summer!"
