When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. Others at the restaurant including Anugraha plus others whose names I forget were always helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Tried the chicken biryani and found it less spicy and very flavorful compared to some highly recommended biryani at bengaluru which to my palate was very spicy/ too hot to enjoy.
