"The house was exactly what we were hoping for, 4 adults in town for the RTJ Trail. Nice, clean, and close to downtown. Communication with Daniel was excellent. We were not planning on using the day bed, which was the only issue we had. It just about collapsed with any weight on it and needs to be replaced if anyone intends to sleep on it. "

"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. The common areas were not well cleaned. "
