The property is beautiful, very well decorated but cozy at the same time. The views are amazing and it is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more. The house is beautiful and the host had excellent communication. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful experience....
This house was amazing! It is a beautiful home and very comfortable for our family of 6.
Convenient to Sequoia National Park. I would recommend this place. We loved it!
Clean house, great surrounding town with yummy food
House was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the decks out back. The house was located in Three Rivers not far from a great fro-yo spot called Three Rivers Yogurt. Highly recommend Sequoia Coffee Company for breakfast, sandwiches, or coffee. Then you’ve gotta stop at Reimers Ice Cream one night as well - all of these places are within 10 mins of the VRBO!
Property was in wonderful location and as advertised. Porch was beautiful with awesome views. Close to Sequoia enteance. Wonderful responsive hostess.loved it!
Excellent property to stay at we enjoyed the location very much as it was easy access to the five national parks that we visited. There were good restaurants nearby we especially enjoyed the quails every morning and the little ones especially. The place was well equipped with everything we needed beautiful views. Would highly recommend it to anyone
Very nice, clean place in the mountains. Not to difficult to get too, yet private. Steep yard, driveway and stairs, maybe not the best for small children, but for adults and teens it was wonderful! We enjoyed the architecture of the house, multi-level deck, loft space with upper deck, hot tub and all the elevated views of the mountains and sunsets! Would stay again!
The location of the house is perfect. Easy to get to and so close to SNP. The views are fabulous! It was a great place to relax when we weren't out and about. My only reason for not rating a 5 is the living room sectional is in desperate need of replacing. Comfy furniture would make it a 5+
The house was beautiful and the view of the mountains was spectacular. We really appreciated the games that were available to play after a day spent at the park. We also found the information about the park and its trails extremely helpful. Three Rivers is a friendly town, with plenty of great places to eat. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Sequoia, we would definitely plan on staying here again.
We had a group of 8 adults, I was worried we would feel cramped but it was perfect. Enough cookware for cooking meals at home. Thoes who slept in the loft area woke up with the sun, so I'd recommend a sleeping mask. However, waking up with the sun and a coffee is the best way to start the day then ending the day in the hot tub, pure bliss.
If you are visiting Sequoia Park, the location of this house is unbeatable. It is spacious and clean. Sheila Stone, the manager, was quick to respond to any issues, such as replacing burned-out light bulbs. She exemplifies a friendly and courteous super host. The only reason for the overall 4-star rating is that the house is quite old. While it is a great place to stay, we have experienced nicer accommodations in this price range, which is why we couldn't give it a full 5 stars.
The photos on the listing are exactly to represent the property. The house is built on the hilltop to have a great view of the mountains. Don't worry about any neighbors looking into the place. The place is clean/spotless, spacious and well equipped for all kinds of cooking. The towels are soft. The beds/comforters are comfy. The manager is very responsive to any questions. It is less than 10 minutes to the Sequoia Park entrance. We definitely recommend this house to your visit to the Sequoia National Park or nearby nature.
This was a great place to stay during our trip to sequoia! The house is very comfortable and has beautiful views of the mountains. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a fun addition. The host was great with communication before and during the trip. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if in the area.
From the huge living room windows to the hot tub this place was absolutely amazing and if we had any questions they were answered within a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely time at this property for our Sequoia trip. The property is beautiful, hitting the sweet spot between modern and more traditional. Plenty of room to sit and talk, prepare food, and play games. The place was clean, the bedrooms are well furnished, and we enjoyed the hot tub.
