Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

Normally you can see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We would love to have you stay in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath house located 1.7 miles below the Sequoia Park Entrance. After a long day at the Park you will be glad you stayed here!

This home sits on 3 acres of beautiful rolling oaks. The views from the front porch are breathtaking. The main fork of the Kaweah River can be heard as you sit on the front porch enjoying your morning coffee or in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine! Depending on the time of the year, when the river is high you can see it from the deck. The night skies in Three Rivers are lit up with stars and this is the perfect property to view them. A great place to bring your family and enjoy the peacefulness of Three Rivers. This property provides the privacy so many people crave when they come to the beautiful town of Three Rivers. Due to the acreage and large undeveloped land surrounding this property, small herds of deer travel through quite often. There are various animal trails throughout the property and you may see other wildlife. If you enjoy bird watching there are also many types of hawks, hummingbirds, songbirds and migratory species in the area.

All of this, plus the driveway being right off the main highway and less than two miles to the park entrance makes this property a jewel!

The newly remodeled 3 bedroom home has 2 full baths. We offer all the amenities of a home - including a fully stocked kitchen. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are an open floor plan with numerous windows to look out at the mountains and spectacular view.
The full kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher. For your convenience, there is a coffee maker, coffee supplied for your mornings with cream & sugar, a microwave, mixer & blender. There is a kitchen nook with a bistro table to enjoy your breakfast surrounded by windows to enjoy the beauty outside or take it outside to enjoy the beauty of Three Rivers.
The open living room has tall ceilings, plenty of seating, a flat screen Smart TV with an electric fireplace. The home is designed to create a warm and stylish space to relax in after a day in Sequoia Park. There is plenty of room to gather with family and friends!
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably with views of the outside.
Queen beds are provided in all 3 bedrooms. Cozy, comfortable bedding with lots of pillows in each bedroom. Large closets in each bedroom with plenty of hangers and luggage racks provided for your convenience.
Washer and dryer available for guest use.

OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Wi-Fi, TV, towels, washer & dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, coffee with creamers, sugar & sugar substitutes, local olive oil & honey, salt & pepper along with other spices.

For your safety there are fire & carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher in the home and a First Aid Kit.

CHECK IN TIME is anytime after 4:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT TIME is at 10:00 A.M.

NOTE:

- Large gatherings or parties are not permitted.
- NO Smoking or drug use on the property.
- All visitors are responsible for their own safety and are advised to act cautiously as the home is located in mountainous terrain and is home to many wild animals.
- Absolutely no wood burning allowed preventing wildfires
- AT&T is the only cell service provider that works at the house.
- We ask that you be respectful of neighbors and the nature in the area by not engaging in destructive or disruptive behavior during your stay.
- The house is designed to sleep 6 people. If during your stay or upon leaving, we learn that there were more than 6 people you will be charged $25 per night for each individual over the 6 allowed.
- No dogs/pets are allowed on the premises. If we do find out that there have been animals brought onto the property your reservation can be cancelled immediately with no refund and there will be a $250 additional cleaning fee charged to you.
