"It was as listed. Everything was as advertised. The owner was easy to work with. I found it odd that there were no sheets on any of the beds, so I had to make everyone’s bed which was a chore. However, I appreciated the cleanliness. "

"I enjoyed the stay, the friendly and helpful staff watching the amenities for cleanliness, coffeeness, and responsive to My needs as a recovering Veteran .. I used a cane, and my feet were not as obedient to movements, I tripped in the Hallway but I didn't fall, however I heard 5 Staffers all gasp and check if I was OK. May God bless your Hotel in the Fairfield Country tradition it deserves.."

We loved the short morning walks down to the water—it was such a peaceful way to start the day.Ruth provided thorough information before our stay, which made arriving at night smooth and stress-free. She responded quickly to any questions and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this cabin!"

"Oh my gosh, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our annual family fall trip!! The house was even more immaculate in person!! It did take some time to drive around, but this place is perfectly located for doing all sorts of activities and finding new, locally-owned businesses to support. I wish I could rate this place 10 stars because it truly deserves it!"
