"We couldn't have asked for a better place for our daughter's micro-wedding! The home was exactly as described and beautifully maintained. Richard was an outstanding host, responding quickly to questions and making sure everything was perfect for our stay.The grounds were gorgeous, filled with beautiful flowers and hydrangeas that created a wonderful setting for our celebration. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen, which worked perfectly for a cocktail and bar area. The riverfront location and dock made the experience even more special.The house was thoughtfully designed, giving guests plenty of privacy while still offering spacious areas to gather and celebrate together. Richard's attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. We highly recommend this property for family gatherings, special events, or simply a relaxing getaway."

"The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated, but clean and useable. The kitchenette had everything you would need. I picked it for the river and it looked great. You can sit out and watch the water in the evening. Relaxing."

"Great views on the water, One bath is a major downer as it is on the second floor. The many steps are a challenge for older people. Strange to not provide a dishwasher or washer or dryer. Very nicel paneling inside downstairs."

"This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay on Wellesley Island, NY. Tanya is a wonderful host - very responsive. We stayed 2 nights (Husband, wife & 18 y/o son). We really enjoyed the snack basket the host left for us - a very nice and thoughtful touch! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We actually used the outside grill on the amazing outdoor deck to cook burgers one night. Although we don't drink coffee or tea, there is a very well-stocked area for guests to enjoy. We liked the ability to do a load of laundry the first night too. It is very tastefully decorated, warm and cozy. Everything was very neat and clean. Beds and pillows are super comfy. I forgot q-tips and makeup remover which the host had those and other items readily available for guests to use. We enjoyed several games of cornhole one night. There are lots of amenities there to make this house very family friendly. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to spend much time outside so we didn't get to sit around the firepit or enjoy sitting out on the deck. Everything about this house is very well thought out for guests. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely stay here again!"
