  • Welcome to Snowood Village, a mid size condo association within Waterville Estates. The condo offers 3 levels of living space, 3 bedrooms and loft as well as 2 baths. Waterville Estates offer trails, recreation center with pools, fitness room and so much more. Minutes to hiking, Waterville Valley Resort, Owls Nest Resort and 15 minutes to Lincoln and Loon. Beautiful in any season!

If using heat, kindly set the monitor heaters to 60 and any electric heat thermostats to “away” by pushing the suitcase icon.
