- Super cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom condo tucked away at the Waterville Estates Resort. You`ll enjoy access to one of the area`s best amenities center, including 2 indoor pools, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, on-site ski mountain and pond with beach, and seasonal on-site bars and dining. Ideally located in the heart of the White Mountains, you`ll be just a stone`s throw from the area`s top attractions, but there`s so much right on-site to enjoy!
Waterville Estates is a resort community in the heart of the White Mountains. On-site amenities include:
2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, all heated
indoor and outdoor hot tubs
locker rooms, fitness facilities, game room
multiple dining/bar options
pond for fishing/kayaking and swimming with diving raft
tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts
6 plus miles of walking/hiking/snowshoeing trails
Downhill Ski mountain with lift and summit lounge

one pass to the rec center is included, day passes will need to be purchased for remaining guests. We only allow 7 guests in the house, so only 7 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.
