What a wonderful property and location. For a family of four the two bedroom sky villa was amazing. Such large rooms with the most fantastic views. The resort facilities were great and sharing the beach with the Banyan tree added to options. The restaurants were delicious with plenty of options for all tastes and the breakfast buffet had such a great range. If there was one downside it was that the main pools closed at 6.30pm just when the weather was getting more mild (peak summer was too hot to stay by the pool in the middle of the day).

Restaurant Staff & Security: The restaurant staff and security team were amazing—attentive, friendly, and professional. They truly stood out and made parts of the stay enjoyable.
The Not-So-Good Service Issues
The front desk staff were nonchalant, unhelpful, and slow. They also provided incorrect information, which caused unnecessary frustration.
The room layout was odd. The front bedroom had two twin beds, which would have made more sense in the back bedroom (which had a king bed).
Beds: The beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
There was no actual functional kitchen. The hotel deterred guests from using it and provided no utensils, plates, cups, or basic kitchen supplies—despite the room being advertised as having a kitchen.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms had tubs, but there was no hot water, which made it impossible to take a bath.
The food was OK but overly salty. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either.
Isolation: The hotel is in an isolated area with no restaurants nearby after 9 PM, leaving guests with limited options.
They played loud music 6a-10p
The property lacked many basic amenities that most hotels provide as standard.
While the restaurant staff and security were exceptional, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, uncomfortable beds, & poor front desk service made the stay frustrating. If you value convenience, comfort, & reliability this may not be the best choice.

"This really is a lovely hotel, the room large airy and light filled. Really well located . My small criticism was that the garden bar was not readily open for a quick coffee during the day Staff were really helpful when the Heritage HD2 train from da Nang arrived before check in time"

"Very dated hotel. The door handle fell off and needed to be repaired. The pool was full of locals each afternoon participating in swimming lessons which took up most of the space in the pool and was very busy and chaotic."
