The room was very clean. The staff was friendly.
We gad a room with an ocean view. We didn't even psy for ut, bonus!
We were surprised that the bed was setup as 2 single beds, not as a king sized bed.
Our room didn't get cleaned the first day, but after talking to the front desk, it was cleaned and replenished with extra water.
The breakfast was excellent!

We had the best time staying here for New Year. Tan who ran the restaurants was incredible. She was so helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet and fireworks for New Year. We also loved the bay the hotel was based in meant long walks / runs on the beach were possible. The food was fantastic in all the restaurants and the room gorgeous and clean. We liked the multiple pools.

Clean room. When checked in we got a room with no air conditioning After a few attempts to fix they switched us to another room right away. Pool is nice but very cold, couldn’t swim.
Breakfast had lots of variety, staffs very friendly and tentative.
