This is a place, that is beautiful. There are many hundreds of trails to explore, as well as nearby Ancient Indian paintings . 10 miles south of the town are hundreds of well preserved dinosaur tracks . John Wayne made many of his best movies within a 50 mile radius of this location . Indiana Jones was filmed nearby and Thelma and Louise was filmed in this Town !! On your way to Moab and just 33 minutes to the north of down town

This place was very clean and comfortable. It had the minimum (but enough) of what you would need to cook. Right next to a railroad track that only came through town one night. The rest was daytime hours 630pm and 630am were about the latest and earliest. But it was a gem town in a great location to the canyon and lots of cool places to get away from the crowds. Loved our stay

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of room and very well stocked

We had 2 couples staying here, and it was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the covered pouch and the nice clean gas grill. We did our cooking outside and made the stay so nice.

No complaints on the house. Clean place. Everyone complained about the sample soaps that they were dry and not very good

Great place

This place worked really well for all our family to gather from various camp sites in the area. Well stocked with plenty of room. The bbq was really clean, which was nice when it was used. Loved the deck and outside seating

Came back for seconds!

We stayed at this house a year and a half ago during a mountain biking trip to Moab and enjoyed it so we booked it again this year. The location is a bit remote (about 35 minutes from Moab) but the house is nice, clean, and very roomy. Perfect for our trip and much less expensive than staying in Moab. If I do another trip to Moab I would come stay here again!

Definitely quiet!

We enjoyed staying out from the town. It takes some planning ahead since there isn't really much nearby but we loved it. We loved the deck area in the evening. The history of the Nutter's was a fun side note as well. The place was clean and well cared for.

Thompson Springs Outing

We really enjoyed our stay in the area and the VRBO accommodations were great. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The online reservation went smoothly and the owners communicated very well with detailed information. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We’re stay there again if we are in the area.

A real feel for the old west

Absolutely loved the location. With a "ghost town" as a backdrop, the views and quiet are excellent. The only thing that may bother some- the trains in the middle of the night blowing their horns outside the cabin. I actually found it charming, and enhaced the old west vibefeel.

Excellent VRBO experience

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Nutter House very much. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with all kitchen and bath necessities, and the decor was lovely. Although the location was quite rural we both really like that and found really interesting places to explore nearby, in addition to going to Moab and Arches. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone visiting the Moab area but wanting to stay in a less hectic, more low key location.
